Conclusion

Of the 3 completed Part II forms, further analysis revealed that only one is in genuine housing need.

The reasons why 2 households failed to fit the criteria are:

1 household are in tied accommodation and are looking to purchase a home on the open market.  From the information provided it was clear that the household have sufficient capital to purchase their home on the open market.

1 household wants to move to smaller accommodation but again from the information provided have sufficient capital to do so and meet their own needs on the open market.

Recommendations

One household was found to be in genuine housing need and is wanting to find an alternative home in five or more years.
